Biographie de l'auteur

Eze Chris Akani teaches Political Science at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni. His research interest include African studies, Political Theory and Human Rights. He has published in many international journals and traveled widely. Eze Akani is a member of International Political Science Association.
