Dr Z.Bogićević was born 1973,Serbia.This book is a result of her continuous academic work while working in Higher Technical Professional School in Zvecan. Dr S.Bjelić was born in 1949,Serbia.He wrote a great number books, managing scientific–research projects and works.He is a full time Professor Faculty of Technical Sciences in K.Mitrovic
