Stemformatics is a new platform for stem cell research. It is not a substitute for good bioinformatics collaboration, but it does aim to provide a board stepping stone between biologists, datasets and computational tools. Stemformatics is providing us the powerful tools for genomics proteomics epigenomics part of stem cell, Our study is focused on epigenitical regulator of transcriptosome like klf4 and sox2. Through this book, we mainly have explore phylogenetic analysis to study the evolutionary theory of klf4 and sox2 and CPG analysis also perform with help of stemformatics tools for better knowledge of epigenetical regulation of stem cell. Due to above qualities we can reduced man power and fast visualisation of gene expression.
