Synopsis
The papers collected in this volume explore the current state of light scattering as it developed in recent years. They represent a selection of the presentations held during the Bremen Workshop on Light Scattering by Particles 2021, which was organized both by Leibniz- Institut für Werkstofforientierte Technologien – IWT and University of Bremen in Bremen in March 2021. Over the years, this workshop became a regular institution. Because of the second year of the Coronavirus pandemic we had a virtual conference organized via Zoom. Nevertheless, this year there were 28 presentations and about 50 participants from 14 different countries. With the speakers we covered time zones ranging from Novosibirsk to California.
