DERMOT FOLEY ist irischer Landschaftsarchitekt. 2001 gründete er das Landschaftsarchitekturbüro DFLA, mit dem er diverse Preise gewann. Er ist Dozent am University College Dublin und Gastkritiker des praxisorientierten Forschungsprogramms an der Virginia Tech. 2011 war er Gründungsmitglied des EU-Projekts TURaS, das die Förderung resilienter Städte zum Ziel hatte.
The Irish architecture firm DFLA (Dermot Foley LandscapeArchitects) is known for pushing the boundaries of landscapearchitecture. While the studioÆs previous practicehas been characterized by detail-oriented observationand spatial intervention, its latest projects, collected inthis publication, are devoted to the question of the influenceof time.
