ANN MANDELBAUM (*1945) arbeitet seit 40 Jahren mit der Kamera und plastischen Materialien, aus denen ihre skulpturalen Arbeiten entstehen. Ebensolang unterrichtet sie bildende Kunst am Pratt Institute in New York. Ihre Arbeiten wurden in internationalen Einzelausstellungen gezeigt. Sie lebt in Brooklyn und Costa Rica.

The varied imagery spans the history of the medium, including the photogram and multiple printing. Throughout, surreal techniques employ sculpture, collage, and the language of drawing. Regardless of medium, Mandelbaum consistently reinvents and rediscovers a language of surprise.ANN MANDELBAUM (\*1945) has been working with a camera and sculptural materials for 40 years. For that same length of time she has been teaching Fine Art at Pratt Institute in New York. The artist s work has been exhibited in international shows.
