Katrin Arrieta has been in the development team of the Ahrenshoop Art Museum since 2006 and artistic director, curator, and acting director since September 2024.

Thomas Bauer-Friedrich has been director of the Moritzburg Art Museum in Halle (Saale) since 2014 and director of art museums at the Cultural Foundation of Saxony-Anhalt since 2020.
