Vanessa Del Rio est née à Harlem, New York. le 31 mars 1952, et a grandi dans le South Bronx. Elle a quitté l'école à 15 ans et tourné son premier film pour adultes. China Doll, en 1974. Avant se prendre sa retraite en 1986, elle a joué dans quelque 120 courts et longs métrages pornographiques. Elle gère aujourd'hui son site Internet, Vanessadelrio.com, et a refait une apparition sur grand écran en 2008 pour une scène d'amour avec Bernie Mack dans son dernier film. Soul Men. Elle vit à New York. Dian Hanson est née à Seattle en 1951. Pendant 25 ans, elle a dirigé divers magazines pour hommes, notamment Puritan, Juggs et Leg Show, avant de devenir l'éditrice en charge de la collection sexy de Taschen, en 2001.
