Fondateur et rédacteur en chef du magazine i-D, Terry Jones a commencé sa carrière dans la mode au cours des années 1970 comme directeur artistique de Vanity Fair et du Vogue britannique. Depuis 1977, son agence de création Instant Design a réalisé et produit des campagnes, des expositions, des catalogues ainsi que des livres, parmi lesquels la collection Fashion Now, Soul i-D et i-D Covers, publiés chez TASCHEN.
