À propos des auteurs

Sandra Rendgen a suivi des études de sciences de la culture et d'histoire de l'art à Berlin et Amsterdam. Aujourd'hui directrice de publication et développeuse de concepts pour des installations média, elle travaille à l'interface entre culture de l'image et technologie, en se concentrant plus particulièrement sur la visualisation de données, les médias interactifs et l'histoire de la transmission de l'information. Elle est l'auteure du livre Information Graphics et Understanding the World publiés par TASCHEN.

Julius Wiedemann a étudié le graphisme et le marketing. Avant de rejoindre TASCHEN en 2001, il fut le directeur artistique de journaux et magazines spécialisés dans le design à Tokyo. Parmi ses titres figurent les séries Illustration Now! et Record Covers, la collection de livres sur l'infographie et des ouvrages sur la publicité et la culture visuelle.
