Biographie de l'auteur

Dr.Mukesh Saikia has published number of research papers and authored three books. At present, he is working as Deputy Librarian of Tezpur University, India.The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA), Netherlands awarded him IFLA/ALP award in 1998.
