Biographie de l'auteur

William S. Chao received his Ph.D. degree (1988) in information science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has been teaching at National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan since 1992 and now serves as the president of Association of Enterprise Architects, Taiwan Chapter.
