Biographie de l'auteur

Dr.Mukesh Saikia secured 1st class 1st position in Master degree of Library&Information Science,Gauhati University and received Ph.D degree from North Eastern Hill University.He has published number of research papers and authored two books.The International Federation of Library Associations andInstitutions (IFLA)awarded him IFLA/ALP award.
