The book carefully analyzed the 2008 election of President Barack Obama and the subsequent redefinition of American foreign policy to one of partnerships and corporations as an anecdote to global security and economic prosperity.Finally the book provided a theoretical and empirical implications of the new global order.

Binneh s Minteh is a former Gambian Armed Forces First Lieutenant. He attended Turkish Land Forces Command School, Istanbul, and the Turkish Gendarmerie Officers School, Ankara. Binneh holds a BS in MIS,and MS degree in Global Affairs from New York University. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate of Global Affairs at Rutgers University, New Jersey.
