Synopsis

Today, Bioinformatics community is facing several challenges. To handle large amount of data, robust systems are required that enable bioinformatics analysis to be carried out easily. To perform fast and accurate analysis, development of new algorithms and methods is required to make sense of large quantities of data generated in large-scale efforts of biological community. This will be a valuable contribution in this context. I acknowledge my supervisor, Dr. Shahid Nadeem, Chairman, Department of Bioinformatics & Biotechnology, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan for his scholastic guidance and support. He will always remain in my modest and sincere thoughts. Hassan Tariq graduated from the Government College University,Faisalabad in 2008 with distinction.He is the founder of Database and Software Engineering Research Group.His scientific interests include Data Mining, Medical imaging and Software engineering.
