Dr. Naser Ibrahim El-Bathy received Doctorate degree in Management of Information Technology, a M.S. and Post Bachelor degrees in Computer Science from USA, and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Egypt. Dr. Ghassan Azar received BA,MS,& Ph.D. degrees Computer Science and MSW degree from USA. He is MSW, Ph.D. and a College Professor, LTU.
