Synopsis

Earth 2099, the world is in a state of anarchy. Europe has been devastated by a giant asteroid and the commonwealth has lost the great war after the uprising by the resistance. Life on Earth is no longer sustainable and humankind is on the brink of extinction. However, a secret organization located in an underground facility in India have been working on a strategy to save the human race together in partnership with a former department of the commonwealth known as the Indian Space Program. The last hope for survival rests on an Earth like planet named Gliese which has been discovered deep within the galaxy. A specially selected crew will take Earth´s most sophisticated spacecraft into space and will set course to this planet for research. Unaware of the dangers that lay ahead the crew begins an exciting journey into the unknown. A chain of unforeseeable events forces the crew into a dangerous and unknown galaxy where they will have to face many alien species, some friendly others very dangerous. The only method for the crew to find their way back to Earth is to create the impossible. But will the crew succeed and will they be able to prevent Earth´s final fate?

Elaina Kuijpers, originally from South Limburg, the Netherlands, currently living in Germany, is a mother of two lovely children and is a big fan of everything Sci-Fi and Indian Bollywood movies. Her novel SpaceGate is a combination of a thrilling science fiction space adventure and Indian love story. She achieved to let Science Fiction meet Bollywood in this fantastic new genre story!
