Josephine Waudo holds a PhD in Education Administration and Curriculum studies from Kenyatta University, Kenya. MA in Education Administration Policy and Planning from University of Nairobi. BA in Education in Humanities and a Higher Diploma in Psychological Counseling. She is a Senior Assistant Director-Research in the Ministry of Higher Education
