D P Goyal, Ph.D. is Professor at Management at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. With over 25 years of teaching, executive development and research experience, Dr Goyal has regularly contributed to journals and presented his research in several conferences. He has supervised a number of Ph.D. scholars.
