Synopsis

Asthma is one of the greatest killer of human society after HIV, TB and Cancer etc. This work is essential for discovering anti-asthmatic drugs by using computational approach, a large number of compounds has been screened to find the novel inhibitors. We have tried to find at least one than one compound which are superior than the presently used anti-asthmatic drugs. This work elucidates how the currently avaialble compounds are less effective than our predicted compounds.
