Gilbert Precious Chilinde has an MSc in Regional Development Planning and Management and an MA in Development Studies. He is a Principal Physical Planner responsible for Policy Planning, Standards and Guidelines in Department of Physical Planning in Malawi. His interests focus on regional planning and development, spatial analysis and management.
