The Nature of Dark Matter is still a mystery many theoretical models were proposed but they have problems in explaining the small or large scale structures.A model independent approach by considering dark matter as a fluid is presented in the work which try to find out the binding energy of galaxies.The vortex formation in the Dark Matter fluid can also explain the asymptotic behavior of velocity dispersion curves of spiral shape galaxies.Analysis of theoretical and Experimental approach for search of Dark Matter is presented.
