I am Karn Gupta from India. I have completed my graduation from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India. Further I have completed my post graduation in International Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (UK). I am currently working in India and carrying out research in the field of corporate laws.
