Biographie de l'auteur

Master of Science in Systems and Control Engineering (Bogazici University, TR), Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering (Yeditepe University, TR). He has wide experience in logistics and information systems management and currently holds Head of Information Systems and Process Management position in a leading shipping company.
