A simple, fast and precise (RP-HPLC) reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method is developed for the determination of Nitazoxanide. The linearity of Nitazoxanide was found in the range of 50 to 150 μg/ml. The recovery was calculated by standard addition method. The average recovery was found to be 99.81% for our product. The proposed method was found to be accurate, precise and rapid for determination of Nitazoxanide.
