Biographie de l'auteur

I am a lecturer at Birmingham Metropolitan College in the United Kingdom. My main area of interest is in Sport Psychology and in particular how humans behave in different sporting environments. The construct of emotional intelligence relates to emotions and how these can be regulated during sports performance.
