The primary intended audience for this book will be the graduate students of computer Science/ Engineering.

This author is currently working as Faculty in the Department of Information and Communication Technology, Ministry of Education, Asmara, The State of Eritrea, N.E.Africa. He has 6 international journal publications at his credit. As an academician, he is well experienced in developing dynamic curricula, and writing student focused literature.
