This publication chronicles enthusiastic quest on rebel health services during the violent conflict and the post-conflict transition in the particularities of Nepal. Conducted in dangerous situations, this study offers practical and positive ways forward to reorient Nepal's health services and to recognize the role of the health sector as a bridge for peace. The individuals and organizations to be acknowledged are numerous that any listing must be partial and are accompanied by my apologies to those not mentioned. Biographie de l'auteur

Bhimsen Devkota achieved his PhD from School of Medicine and Dentistry, Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Scotland. He is Reader at Faculty of Education, at Tribhuvan University of Nepal. He is actively involved in university teaching and research over the last two decades
