Mallikarjun Hangarge: PhD from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, research interests: Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, presently he is associate professor in Karnatak Arts, Science and Commerce College, Bidar, India. Authored more than 40 research articles and received three best paper awards.
