She uses the concepts of Multilateralism and International regimes as the framework within which global consensus and agreement such as the Kyoto Protocol can best serve as a stop gap measure in the absence of a central authority within the current International System.

Biographie de l'auteur

Edwina holds an MA in International Affairs from the Legon Center for International Affairs & Diplomacy(Ghana) and is currently pursuing an MA in Political Science at the University of Toledo. She is also a Research Intern with the Sierra Club, Ohio Chapter (USA).
