Dr. CASER GHAAFAR ABDEL PhD. was borne in Jadidatt-Alshatt 25 Km North BAGHDAD, IRAQ. BSc, Baghdad University 1977, MSc School of Biological Science, Bath University, UK,1982. PhD Mosul University, 1997. 60 published manuscripts besides supervising MSc and PhD students in water stress, supplementary irrigation and vegetable productions.
