Conflict management is an interdisciplinary field of study which has been contributed from many fields of studies. Difference in opinions opens ways for innovations and discoveries. More disagreement, more alternatives, more choices, & within many alternatives the best wins. But the question is how to moderate the conflict? It needs to set the soil of organization for constructive conflict, to eliminate the shrubs of destructive conflict/to use these shrubs as fertilizers for constructive conflict by transformation of destructive conflict to constructive conflict, then cultivate the seeds of constructive conflict by open discussion, encouraging positive criticism, & promoting group cohesiveness. Only then an organization can be benefited from conflict. It is needed to encourage the expression of diverse ideas, views, thoughts, & to institutionalize the conflict. There are challenges that demands comprehensive research in conflict. The main hurdle is the conventional wisdom which preaches that all conflicts are bad and should be eliminated. It is the responsibility of researchers to conduct studies on positive conflict outcomes. The students, managers, & faculty should study conflict to make use of it.
