Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Alam Zeb obtained PhD from the Graz University of Technology, Austria. He is working as Assistant Professor of Biochemistry in the Department of Biotechnology, University of Malakand. His research is focused on functional foods, lipids chemistry, metabolism & lipidomics. He is the author of more than 50 peer reviewed publications.
