The author has an ample teaching experience while serving Department of Education, Balochistan. He is talented young and research oriented fellow. He has got appriciatable research experience while serving the students of M. Sc. (Hons.) in establishing their research proposals/thesis. Currently he is serving as Lecturer in BAC, Quetta Balochistan.
