Furthermore, it will be of great importance to the researchers and project funders (example Government) who need to track the progress of project per allocated resources.

Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Camilius Sanga has Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. His research interest is in the area of Information and Communication Technologifor Development (ICT4D). He has published one book and several articles/papers in some International journals dealing with ICT.
