Biographie de l'auteur

The author has been pursing his doctoral research as Senior Research Fellow at the DLIS,Punjabi University, Patiala under the scholarly supervision of Dr. Jagtar Singh, an internationally renowned scholar of LIS. Furthermore several papers authored by him have got published in the journals, Conferences & books of national and international eminence
