Synopsis
The strangest of tales takes over the life of Commander A. Jay Watson, USN. He must do everything in his power to uphold, defend and protect the US Constitution. At the same time he must balance his need to act on what he knows against the need to protect the secrets given to him by his training and experience in the USN. How does a man who has worked all of his life towards one goal, command of his own submarine boat, deal with the challenges now thrust upon him by forces he does not understand and circumstances he was never able to anticipate? Even more troublesome, will his actions serve the greater good or only satisfy his own ambition? No man should be left to make these hard choices all on his own, but Commander Watson must, or all that he knows to be true is worth nothing to those around him.
