Shelly Meyer, has been passionate about the written word for most her life. From a very early age, Shelly began scribbling notes and ideas on random scraps of paper, beginning with short poems, and eventually moving to short stories and a published novel. In 2005, Shelly published her first novel, Portland Authority.
