Stephen was born on September 18,1970 in North Western Uganda. He has BA from Makerere University and Masters in Management Studies from Uganda Management Institute.He is a senior civil servant in the Public Service of The Republic of Uganda and Part-time Lecturer in Islamic University in Uganda. He shares this rich experience through this book.
