Synopsis
L'étude a analysé les changements globaux survenus dans la structure du pouvoir et le schéma de leadership dans les régions rurales du Bangladesh. Le personnel jeune, qualifié et éduqué ayant des activités sociopolitiques au niveau du village devenait dans la direction rurale. Les dirigeants ruraux participaient à différents niveaux des affaires communautaires. Les chefs traditionnels n'ont pas accès aux activités modernes et de développement en raison de l'absence de leur statut de position. Pour cette raison, les chefs traditionnels perdaient leur base dans la structure de leadership. D'autre part, les dirigeants modernes avec leur jeune âge, leur éducation supérieure, leurs qualités personnelles, leur affiliation politique et d'autres traits étaient disponibles pour gagner leur ascendance dans le mécanisme du pouvoir du village. Les dirigeants locaux étaient assis au parlement en tant qu'honorable législateur, et un bon lien entre le député et les dirigeants locaux a créé un changement radical dans la structure du pouvoir de l'autre. Le développement économique, social, culturel, infrastructurel et politique au niveau des villages a contribué à un tel changement dans la structure du pouvoir rural et le schéma de leadership dans les régions rurales du Bangladesh.
