A manuscript is intended to provide information on a specific matter. It can range from simple one-line slogans in advertisements to theses to books to voluminous epics. In fact, they are they are the very foundation in information handling and play a very "vital" role in knowledge management.

SM Kadri, Srinagar born (Kashmir, India ) a medical graduate from Government Medical College, Srinagar, Kashmir,India. He did his Masters in Public Health (MPH) from RoyalTropical Institute, Amsterdam, The Netherlands www.kit.nl in2008. Presently he is working as Epidemiologist of Kashmir, Jammuand Kashmir, India.
