The book is divided into seven parts, part one provides an overview of the Introduction and Research Methodology on financial services. It traces the origin and development of the Banking Sector in India, and outlines the policy measures, and the regulatory framework of the RBI, etc. Part two are concerned with a bird’s eye view of the Banking Sector Development in the Post-Reform scenario. The Profile of the Sample Banks (SBI, ICICI, and Citibank) is described in the chapter three. In the fourth chapter it traces an account of the Traditional Financial Services of Indian Banks. On the other hand Emerging Financial Products and Services of Indian Banks are covered in chapter five. While chapter six, evaluates the comprehensive study about perception of customers on availing Banking Products and Services of the three sample banks. The last chapter covers the Summary of Conclusions and Suggestions offered by the study for improving the financial products and services of the sample banks.

Biographie de l'auteur

Dr.V.Murali Krishna did his M.Com. in 1996 and M.B.A. in 2001. He was awarded Ph.D. in Commerce in 2011 by S.V.University, Tirupati.He has published 9 articles, and presented 13 papers at various Seminars and attended many FDPs. He has 14 years of teaching experience and at apresent working as Asso. Prof. & HOD of M.B.A. at Vemu Inst of Tech.A.P.
