Dr.S.Manivel had his higher education in Cooperation now serving as Associate Professor of Cooperation, Gandhigram Rural University, Gandhigram, South India. Besides specializing studies on Cooperation and Accounting, he also developed expertise in the fields of Participatory Rural Appraisal and development research, training and consultancy.
