Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) strategy outline is communicated via various medium.It is a culturally viable project.

Biographie de l'auteur

The author,a Senior Assistant Secretary of the Government of Bangladesh, has recently completed his Master of Public Policy & Management course from the University of Melbourne. He is an MBA and MDS.He did LLB and Bachelor of Engineering.He was elected as the President of the University of Melbourne Graduate Student Association for year 2011.
