Author has been completed Ph.D in Geoinformatics under Mangalore University, Karnataka State, INDIA. He has worked in many National level Natural Resources projects which is sponsored by Indian Space Research Organization, Govt. of India; As a Scientist. Presently, author is working as a Professor, in Dept. of Civil Engineering, KNS IT, Bangalore.
