The workers representatives together with management representatives meet at a works council meeting to the negotiate contents of an employment code of conduct. It is this code, which governs the expected behavior by employees and employers at work places.

Zvinaiye Chimbadzwa was born in the eastern highlands of Mutare, Manicaland Region of Zimbabwe and attended high school at St Matthias Tsonzo. She enrolled for the Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and currently studying a Master in Business Administration degree. The author has a strong bias in research.
