Biographie de l'auteur

Afsal E.M. MBA,PhD holds faculty position in Business Administration at Salman Ibn Abdulaziz University,Saudi Arabia. He taught at School of Management and Business Studies of Mahatma Gandhi University,India. He also served businesses in India and Middle East. He recieved UGC research fellowships and published in and reviewed many leading journals.
