The main and by far the most important goal which we want to achieve is the implementation of a target locking system in real time with the following characteristics;  To design a stable hardware of Target Locking system that can be cover maximum area.  Design should be capable of handling any future advancement in the operating system.  The cost of Target Locking system should be less than the that available in the market, but should provide more features than them.
