Synopsis

It has been an exhilarating experience interacting with the Top Level Managers during the research study. The Top Managers being very few in numbers in each organization, it was extremely difficult to get a large sample as in other research studies. It was a Herculean effort to convince them to participate in the study as they had endless justifications for the same, ranging from restrictions in company policies, time constrains, deadlines to meet, unavailability during the financial year ending, lack of patience, administrative interference, to reluctance to ‘waste time’ and a candid discomfort with a lady investigator!

Studied at Karnatak University Dharwad and obtained his Ph.D degree from University of Mysore.Venkatesh kumar Specialized in Life Skills Counselling and Health Psychology.
