Biographie de l'auteur

Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan Lecturer/Adjunct Professor, who is dedicated to public policy awareness communication campaigns. His research interests include: curriculum evaluation, networking, renewable energy, environment, ICT, mass media, communication campaigns, gender equality, community outreach, human rights, and information society.
